Vera Keatley
Clinical Psychologist

Vera is a registered Clinical Psychologist, Art Therapist, Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) and Board-approved Supervisor registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Vera is also a member of ANZAED and the APS. Vera completed her Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and her Master’s degree in Art Therapy at Western Sydney University.

Vera has worked for the last 20 years in both public and private settings in Australia and overseas. With her gentle nature and creative mind, Vera is passionate about creating a strong working alliance with clients of all ages, as well as developing an individualised treatment plan to support them in meeting their goals.

In her sessions, Vera draws from a range of different therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family System Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Sand play Therapy, and Art Therapy. She is also experienced in the delivery of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Enhanced (CBT-E), Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) and Maudsley Family Based Therapy (FBT) for the treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns. Vera is also fluent in French.
