Clinical Psychologist

Crystal is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She enjoys working with people across the lifespan who may be experiencing a broad range of presenting concerns. She has a particular interest in treating anxiety-related disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, and adjustment disorders and she has a keen interest in women’s mental health. In addition to therapeutic work, Crystal is also experienced in cognitive assessments and neurodevelopmental assessments, including assessment for intellectual disability, giftedness, specific learning disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in children, adolescents, and adults.

Crystal practices an evidence-based approach to psychological treatment and develops comprehensive formulations and tailored treatment plans with her clients depending on their unique needs. She values a person centred, compassionate and eclectic approach to therapy and incorporates a range of therapy modalities into her practice including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Crystal values a grounded, authentic, non-judgemental and collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients to ensure they feel supported and empowered in their therapeutic journey. She is a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIAP+ affirming psychologist.
