Jessica is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of the Sunshine Coast where she was awarded the APS College of Clinical Psychologists Student Prize. Jessica is experienced working across all ages, including children, teenagers and adults. She has worked in both public and private settings including disability services and child and youth mental health services. Jessica is well regarded for her empathetic, non-judgemental and collaborative approach. She prides herself on using comprehensive case formulation to develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Jessica uses primarily Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). Jessica has completed training in providing CBT-Enhanced, Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) for eating disorders. She also has training in Cognitive Behavioural Intervention for Tics (CBIT).
Jessica works with clients across a broad range of presenting difficulties with a particular interest in Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders, all Anxiety Disorders, Tic Disorders and Eating Disorders, Gender Dysphoria, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Jessica can see people under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that have chosen to self or plan manage their funding. Jessica values being able to provide a safe therapeutic environment for members of the LGBTQIAP+ community. She also has an interest in working with members of the Deaf community and has completed up to Level Two in Auslan. Jessica is also a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor.

- Eligible for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar program
