Jess is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar. She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety and mood disorders in both public and private settings. Jess enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, and is particularly passionate about providing affirming therapy to neurodivergent individuals.

Jess offers a gentle, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach. She values building a strong therapeutic relationship and works with clients in a collaborative manner. Jess draws from a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Jess completed a Master of Clinical Psychology through the University of Southern Queensland, following her Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) degree through the University of Queensland. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
