Laynee is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar, with a Master of Clinical Psychology degree from the University of Queensland.

Laynee is passionate about supporting adults and adolescents (16 years and older) to better understand themselves and make sense of the challenges they are facing. She has a particular interest in providing treatment for anxiety-related disorders (e.g., generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, health anxiety disorder, and panic disorder) as well as adjustment disorders, stress, and low self-esteem.

Laynee draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, to help her clients move towards their therapy goals and experience personal growth. Through compassion and understanding, Laynee aims to create a space in therapy where her clients can feel truly heard and comfortable to express themselves authentically.
