Cancellations

To help us manage appointments effectively and minimise wait times for other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. For Monday appointments, please cancel by 12pm on the Friday prior to avoid a fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur 50% of the consultation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will incur 100% of the consultation fee.

Repeated cancellations, rescheduled or no-shows may result in reduced access to preferred appointment times or discharge from the clinic.

    • Masters and/or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
    • Eligible for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar program
    • Eligible for Medicare registration
    • Professional indemnity insurance
