Learn to control breathing

When dealing with social anxiety disorder, one must learn to control their breathing, as it helps a person to stay calm. Start with taking deep and slow breaths.

Build relationships

Nothing beats building relationships when trying to overcome social phobia. Start with joining supportive social activities and become an active participant. Since socialising is necessary for reaching out to other people, relationships will be strengthened.

Turn negative thoughts into positive ones

Social phobia sometimes originates from negative thoughts that bother an individual’s mind. Convert them into positive ones and results will become better.

Let’s say you have an upcoming presentation and even before the presentation, nervousness hits. Your mind will think about what everyone will say. As an opposing thought to this, you use them as a motivation to do your best.

Try different lifestyle
