Maddison brings over a decade of experience in the medical and allied health sector, including the past five years dedicated to managing psychology clinics. She has worked across rural communities, Brisbane and now the Sunshine Coast, developing a broad understanding of diverse client needs and service delivery environments.

As Practice Manager, Maddison leads with a focus on understanding, structure and collaboration. She is commited to fostering a compassionate, supportive culture while ensuring the practice operates efficiently and sustainably. Maddison works closely with both psychologists and clients to continually enhance their experience, striving to create a positive and professional environment where high-quality care can thrive.

    • Masters and/or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
    • Eligible for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar program
    • Eligible for Medicare registration
