Clinical Psychologist

Lucille has extensive experience as a Clinical Psychologist, having worked in both private practice and public mental health services in Queensland for many years. She is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) College of Clinical Psychologists and holds Clinical Endorsement with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).

Lucille has a specific interest in treating adults and older persons with depressive disorder and a range of anxiety disorders including but not limited to panic disorder, social anxiety, agoraphobia and generalised anxiety disorder.

In clinical practice, Lucille utilises a biopsychosocial framework taking into consideration individual biological, psychological and social factors when performing assessments and planning interventions.

Lucille has a high level of clinical skills in evidence-based psychological treatment including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approaches, Mindfulness based interventions and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)) which is individually tailored to the unique needs of each person.

Lucille is acknowledged for her considerate and collaborative approach to effect change and improve a person’s well-being.
