Unhealthy Sleeping Habits

If a person has trouble falling asleep or staying awake, then he/she may be experiencing anxiety. People who experience sleep disturbance can also experience adverse effects on one’s attentiveness, working capacity, and emotional state.

Obsessive Habits

There are habits that some don’t notice most of the time. Constant biting of one’s nails, twisting of hair, pulling of clothes, or biting of lips may seem like very ordinary behaviours. Constantly striving for perfection can be a sign of anxiety. It also includes demanding the same for others, which can cause tension between relationships. And when the perfectionist can’t achieve what their expectations, they might experience panic and anxiety.

Most people experience physical issues when they are anxious. They began to feel pains that are unexplainable even to themselves. These unexplained physical issues are sometimes caused by nothing more than an issue with a person’s mental health.
