Clinical Psychologist

Sally is an experienced clinical psychologist and author. She holds a Masters of Clinical Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology, and has spent many years supporting people through mental health difficulties, life changes and challenges. She has a special interest in Perinatal Mental Health, and has written a book on the adjustment to new parenthood – “Beyond the Bump”. Other areas of interest include anxiety and depressive disorders across the lifespan – working with children, youth and their families, as well as adults.

Sally mainly uses CBT and ACT in her work and values collaboration with her clients when it comes to clinical formulations and treatment planning. She believes in an evidence-based and individualised approach to each client’s treatment.

She has a passion for seeing people overcoming their mental health challenges, developing resilience, and breaking long-standing unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.

She is warm, non-judgemental and values authenticity in her work and in life!
